Let’s meet! The best way to know if we are a good fit is to meet face to face. I prefer to treat you to a coffee or tea at a local spot, but a Zoom meeting can be more convenient with busy schedules. The choice is yours.

During pregnancy, I offer personalized consultations to help you create a birth plan that aligns with your values and preferences. I provide education on pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery, helping you prepare both physically and emotionally. We’ll explore comfort techniques such as breathing exercises, relaxation methods, and positioning strategies to support a smoother labor experience.

When labor begins, I provide continuous support, whether at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital. My role is to offer physical and emotional comfort through massage, movement, and guided breathing. I also advocate for your birth choices and help your partner feel confident and involved. My presence ensures you have a steady source of reassurance and encouragement during this profound moment.
-
After birth, I continue to provide care as you adjust to life with your newborn. I offer assistance with infant care, feeding support, and postpartum recovery. Whether you need help with newborn sleep routines, emotional reassurance, or light household tasks, I’m here to ease your transition into parenthood.

My Essential Birth Package is not enough for everyone. I think of it as the minimum amount of care every growing family needs. Consider adding one or all of these postpartum “extras” to the birth package. You won’t regret it.

When 2 hours is not enough. I will stay up to 8 hours total. Sometimes an extra pair of hands and a little experience can go a long way. Just because you can do it all doesn’t mean that you should.

An overnight visit is when I come in after dark so parents can sleep while I care for their baby. My job is to keep things calm, handle feedings, and changes, and make sure everyone wakes up a little more rested.
