You Deserve A Doula.

Emotional and Physical Support

A doula is there just for you—offering calm, steady support through childbirth education, continuous labor support, and helping you manage pain naturally (if that’s your goal), and making you feel more confident and cared for.

Partner Coaching

Doulas don’t replace partners—they help them shine. Whether it’s offering tips, giving them a break, or just being a calm presence, a doula helps everyone feel more prepared and less overwhelmed.

Studies show that having a doula can lead to shorter labors, fewer interventions (like C-sections or epidurals), and an overall more positive birth experience. They help you feel more in control and informed.

Improved Birth Experience

Becoming a doula has been a journey shaped by personal experiences, professional growth, and a deep love for supporting families through one of the most transformative moments of their lives.

Personal Experience

My birth experiences ignited a fire within me—a desire to walk alongside other families as they navigate their own birth journeys. I began by stepping into the role of office manager at a busy birth center, where I’ve spent the past four years immersed in the world of birth work. During this time, I’ve witnessed the beauty, intensity, and strength of over 30 births as a birth assistant.

Professional Growth

To deepen my skills and understanding, I enrolled in a thorough, year-long doula training program. This transformative education not only equipped me with essential techniques and tools but also gave me the confidence to provide unwavering support to families. I also completed an intensive two-day advocacy retreat, which reinforced the importance of empowering birthing individuals and ensuring their voices are heard during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Family

It all began with the births of my own three children—each unique and deeply impactful.

My first was born in a hospital, where I gained firsthand insight into the traditional medical birth setting. My second child was born at a birth center, introducing me to a more intimate, midwife-led approach. My third was born at home, an empowering and deeply personal experience that solidified my passion for supporting women in their birth choices.
